Hindi dubbed is a spoken-language choice
A Hindi dub changes the dialogue you hear. Hindi subtitles change the translated text you read. Either can be useful, and they are not interchangeable. Look for the audio and subtitle menus in the application playing the film.
Choose captions for the actual edition
Movie records here show an original language. That describes the production, not a complete list of its available soundtracks. The offered edition is where Hindi, English or another caption language needs to be checked.
If someone else is watching with you, ask which spoken language and reading language they prefer before starting. It is easier to settle two settings at the beginning than to interrupt an important scene.
Missing, late or unreadable subtitles
First check that subtitles are enabled rather than set to Off. If the expected language is absent, inspect the service’s language options for that movie or episode. Do not change the catalogue country merely to relabel a soundtrack.
For text that is difficult to read, try the player’s caption size or background options when it provides them. If captions drift throughout playback, use any supplied timing adjustment or the viewing service’s help. Film editions with different cuts can have different timings.
On a television or shared screen
Read one subtitle line at your normal seating distance. A setting comfortable on a phone may be too small across a room. Caption appearance and casting behaviour can differ between a phone app and the television version.
