Keep the original movie name
For Inception (2010) or Interstellar (2014), the title identifies the production. If you prefer Hindi dialogue, inspect the audio menu on the edition you choose. Do not substitute a translated plot description for the movie name in search.
Hindi dubbed versus dual audio
Hindi dubbed describes a Hindi spoken track. Dual audio means two spoken tracks when that particular edition supplies them, but the phrase alone does not name the pair. Look for the listed languages rather than assuming the second track is always English.
Subtitles can be an additional choice
You might want original English dialogue with Hindi text, or Hindi dialogue with English captions. Those are different combinations. Check audio and subtitles separately, especially when another person in the room prefers a different reading language.
A series needs an episode-level check
A language offered for one season does not settle every later episode. Keep the programme, season and episode together when looking at the viewing application. A dubbed trailer is not evidence about the complete season.

The English movie index is useful when you want ideas. If you already have a film in mind, search its identifying words, open the matching record and choose Watch now. The index’s original-language grouping is not a Hindi-audio filter.
Named watch links open JustWatch searches. Choose your country, then match the film or programme.
